Anthem Country Club

Community: Anthem Country Club presents an unmatched guard-gated, golf course county club environment, open to members of all ages. Offering a wide array of residential collection, including homes ranging from 1,275 square feet to over 3,600 square feet. Community: This $5 Billion, 2,600 acre community is a residential as well as resort development. Built around a 320 acre lake with 10 miles of shoreline, at full build-out it will feature up to six luxury hotels, at least five championship golf courses, world-class shopping and dining, estate and single family custom and semi-custom homes, and a 20 acre wetland park. Lake Las Vegas Resort also offers two Jack Nicklaus designed golf courses, the daily fee Reflection Bay Golf Club and the private SouthShore Golf Club.

MacDonald Highlands

Community: One of Southern Nevada's first hillside communities, this new luxury village is built around DragonRidge Golf and Country Club, an elegant, private equity 18 hole championship golf course designed by Jay Morrish and David Druzisky. MacDonald Highlands is a low-density community, designed to emphasize the natural features of the foothills it sits upon by preserving natural rock formations within the mountain range.

Queensridge

Community: Queensridge, located in Peccole Ranch, is an 840-acre, guard gated community that features a clubhouse, fitness center and several parks. Johnny Miller and Chi Chi Rodriquez designed the Badlands Golf Course. Badlands was also voted one of Nevada's most beautiful public courses.

Red Rock Country Club

Community: The spectacular Red Rock County Club is guard-gated and located in the foothills of the Spring Mountain Range, and features rugged terrain including 100-foot drops, arroyos, lakes and waterfalls. Community: Rhodes Ranch is a 1,500-acre desert oasis, which will include 3,200 homes once completed. The community features executive, semi-custom and custom homes built around the Rhodes Ranch golf course. The homes are set away from the fairways to give golfers a wide-open view of the desert landscape, waterfalls and towering palms that line the greens. The course is a 6,800-yard, par 72, Ted Robinson designed masterpiece that play under the slopes of the Spring Mountains.

Siena

Community: The 665-acre Mediterranean themed, age qualified, guard gated community is located with in the Southwest area of Summerlin and adjacent to the scenic Red Rock Canyon. The Estates at Southern Highlands Gold Club includes custom homesites and luxury residences. The 24-hour guard-gated neighborhoods are surrounded by tree-lined fairways and sparkling lakes and streams and will provide intimate and luscious landscaped streets.

Summerlin

Community: This 22,500-acre community currently has 50 neighborhoods with more than 150 model homes to tour. Summerlin has been ranked as the nation's best selling, master planned community for seven of the past eight years. Summerlin is home to eight golf courses, including two Tournament Player's Clubs, The TPC at the Canyons and the TPC Summerlin, which host two major PGA events each year, and the world's first Jack Nicklaus "Bears Best" golf course. Southern Highlands

TPC Canyons

Community: Summerlin's newest upscale community, The Ridges is poised to become one of the most exclusive golf meccas in the Southwest. The Ridges is a guard gated community of custom and luxury home neighborhoods nestled alongside the Red Rock National Conversation Area with breathtaking mountain, valley and city views. Some of the country's most sough-after land planners have designed this community to become one of Las Vegas's premier addresses. At the Ridges, legendary golfer and signature designer Jack Nicklaus, has created "Bears Best."
